Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction PM.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Oversee contract administration, change order management, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to align field execution with goals.
• Serve as primary client contact with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure safety standards, codes, and quality expectations are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
