Job summary

Town of Eastham is seeking summer IT interns to join the municipal IT department. You will support the Help Desk, learn across IT operations, and gain hands-on experience with various Town departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to IT Department and Town staff.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with emphasis on customer service.
• Log and update tickets using Help Desk software.
• Assist other Town departments with IT and business operations support.
• Develop and document IT processes following best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
