Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Client Director in the Western Kentucky region to serve as the primary relationship manager for municipal clients and oversee major infrastructure projects. This leadership role focuses on building trusted advisor relationships with municipalities, counties, and public agencies while guiding projects from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in civil or municipal engineering, a PE license or eligibility, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure is required.
• 7+ years of experience in civil/public works, municipal, or related infrastructure sectors.
• Strong project management and client-relations experience.
• Knowledge of municipal infrastructure systems and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for municipal and public-sector clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and project portfolios.
• Advise on infrastructure planning, capital improvement programs, and project priorities.
• Lead client meetings and present before councils, boards, and stakeholders.
• Oversee transportation, water, wastewater, stormwater, drainage, and other municipal projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development for municipal partnerships.
