Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Land Development Director for our Kentucky operation (Glasgow, Louisville, Lexington or Owensboro offices). This role involves client coordination, strong communication, and oversight of projects from notice to proceed to closeout.

Responsibilities include plan development, scheduling, cost estimating, specifications and related administrative duties. The candidate will supervise Engineers and Technicians, manage staffing, and participate in new business

Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering is required.
KY PE license is required.
15+ years of civil/site engineering experience.
Proficiency in oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil/site design projects from planning to closeout.
Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct project completion with clients and internal teams.
Hire, train, and mentor staff as needed.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to budgets and schedules.
Oversee invoicing and collections for assigned projects.
Support new business development and prepare technical writeups for proposals.
