Job summary

Bayer Becker in Fort Mitchell, KY is seeking a Civil Engineering Public Infrastructure Leader to guide design and project delivery for public infrastructure in the Indiana market. This on-site role requires a PE license and 7-10 years of experience in wastewater collection or water distribution design.

You will mentor staff, manage projects across planning, design and permitting, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and contribute to growth through proposals and client management.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• PE license in OH, KY or IN required.
• 7–10 years of experience in civil/public infrastructure.
• Experience in wastewater collection and/or water distribution design.
• Ability to manage projects and staff; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management through all design phases (planning, scheduling, estimating, design, finance, client management).
• Developing, designing, and peer review of construction document plans and specs.
• Regulatory coordination, permitting and attending agency review meetings.
• Contributes to business growth strategy and proposal preparation.
• Supervision, coaching, and mentoring of project staff.
