Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join our Wilmington, NC office. You will plan and manage multiple engineering projects and lead teams while expanding client relationships in municipal and land development markets in the Southeast.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a talented group of professionals and a commitment to community infrastructure solutions. Prior supervisory experience and PE/PM credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in the site/civil design, permitting and execution of public and private land development projects.
• Experience with business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience with client relationship management.
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors.
• Lead business development activities, including maintaining and fostering new client relationships and preparing presentations and proposals/RFQs.
• Focus on municipal and land development markets in the Coastal Carolinas and broader Southeast regions.
