Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Wilmington, NC office.

You will lead planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects while building and maintaining client relationships across municipal and land development markets in the Coastal Carolinas and Southeast regions. The role emphasizes business development, presentations and proposals, along with prior supervisory experience to guide teams in delivering safe, sustainable community

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Experience in site/civil design, permitting and execution of land development projects.
Experience with business development and building strong client relationships.
Experience with client relationship management and community meetings.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and manage performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors.
Help lead business development activities, maintain and foster client relationships, prepare presentations and proposals.
Focus on municipal and land development markets in the Coastal Carolinas and broader Southeast regions.
