Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina.
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including municipal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, scheduling and performance of multiple projects and personnel.
• Perform field site evaluations and support during construction.
• Review preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Read and interpret engineering plans, specs and reports.
• Provide technical advice to clients, contractors and staff.
• Coordinate construction administration and documentation with field staff.
