Job summary

Qualifications

• PE license is required and a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in civil engineering and project management.
• Experience with municipal design and utility infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley software.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end municipal, right-of-way, and land development projects.
• Own deliverables from initiation to completion including scope, schedule and cost.
• Develop budgets, bids, funding requests, and contracts.
• Lead design teams, prepare plans, specs, and stormwater calculations.
• Build long-term client relationships and coordinate with authorities.
• Mentor engineers and staff, promoting safety and continuous learning.
• Lead safety initiatives across design and field environments.
