Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support the upkeep of our housing communities. These roles involve hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces.

Level 3 incumbents may mentor junior technicians and lead maintenance operations, with pay ranges per level and a performance bonus program. A reliable team member with a strong safety mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification within 180 days for Level 2/3.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, appliances and more.
• Perform skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or locksmith trades.
• Document all work in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain tools and equipment in ready repair.
• Follow PPE and safety practices.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units.
• Conduct emergency maintenance as needed.
• Mentor Level 1–2 technicians for Level 3 operations.
