Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support housing communities. The role involves general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and more, including make-ready work for vacated units and emergency repairs.

This is a field-based position requiring outdoor work in all weather conditions and safe material handling. Levels differ by experience: Level 1 requires 1–3 years; Level 2 requires 4–6 years with EPA 608; Level 3 requires 7+ years and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates should have hands‑on maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• EPA 608 certification is required for Level 2 and 3 eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on units and common areas.
• Document work and follow safety protocols including PPE usage.
• Assist in making ready vacant units and coordinating with the team.
