Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform on-site maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service facilities to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of building maintenance experience, a valid in-state driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Training and on-call support are part of the role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–3 years' experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
DL number (driver's license) valid in-state.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
Respond to service requests across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance to keep machines and building systems running smoothly.
Follow established safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Assist with on-call maintenance as needed and train junior technicians.
