Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform general maintenance across facilities. The role includes troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems, following preventive programs, and reading blueprints.

Requires 1–3 years of building maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. EPA 608 and skilled-trade certifications are preferred. On-site work in Georgia with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance to keep machines and buildings in good condition.
• Reads blueprints/plans and follows safety procedures per policy and OSHA.
• Maintains inventory and uses CMMS to log work orders.
• On-call availability as needed and mentors junior technicians.
