Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC is recruiting a General Maintenance Worker to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for USBP and AMO facilities. The role requires applying trade skills in electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.

The candidate will work independently, interpret blueprints and manuals, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service while supporting various maintenance tasks and ground improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years in general maintenance.
• Experience in two or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs to facilities, grounds, and related structures across multiple trades (electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and determine effective repair approaches.
• Inspect and test HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems for performance.
• Work independently to support maintenance activities and facility upkeep.
• Review blueprints, manuals, and CBP design standards.
• Exhibit strong customer service by communicating with Project Manager and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
