Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC seeks a General Maintenance Worker to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for USBP and AMO facilities. The role requires knowledge of a variety of trades including electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.

You will work independently, interpret blueprints and manuals, and coordinate with project managers to ensure reliable facilities and safe operations on federal installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in general maintenance.
• Experience across two or more trade areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to read manuals, drawings, and CBP design standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs across facilities and grounds.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and repair approach.
• Inspect and test electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related systems.
• Work independently to support maintenance activities.
• Interpret blueprints, manuals, and CBP design standards.
• Maintain effective customer service with Project Manager and customers.
