Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform general maintenance across facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry and related tasks. The role involves routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic environment.

The position requires ability to read blueprints, work in tight spaces, and operate CMMS. On-call availability and mentorship responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other maintenance items.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and buildings in good condition.
• Operates plant equipment and building automation systems.
• Trains other technicians and provides mentorship.
