Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC seeks a General Maintenance Worker to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for USBP and AMO facilities, grounds, and systems. The role spans electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades.

You will work independently, interpret blueprints and manuals, and adhere to CBP design standards while delivering reliable service and safety compliance at federal installations in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years' experience in maintenance.
• Experience across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, drawings, and CBP standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check for federal installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs across facilities and grounds, including electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and related duties.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and determine effective repair approaches.
• Inspect and test air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to determine repair needs.
• Work independently to support maintenance activities and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
• Interpret blueprints, factory manuals, operating manuals, and CBP design standards.
• Exhibit strong customer service by communicating with Project Manager and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
