Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across USBP/AMO facilities and grounds. The role requires proficiency in multiple trades—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related disciplines—and the ability to read blueprints and manuals.

Candidates must have a GED, 3+ years of experience, OSHA knowledge, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Min. 3 years' experience in general maintenance.
Knowledge of work practices in commercial facilities.
Proficiency in two or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and CBP standards.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Perform corrective maintenance and repairs to facilities, grounds, and related structures including electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and fire protection.
Troubleshoot to identify root causes and determine the most effective repair approach.
Conduct visual inspections and tests for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems.
Work independently to support maintenance activities and facility upkeep.
Interpret blueprints, manuals, and CBP design standards.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with project managers and customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
