IntegriWard, LLC in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for USBP/AMO facilities and grounds. The role covers electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades to support operational readiness.

You will read blueprints and manuals, work independently, and ensure safety compliance. A minimum of 3 years in maintenance plus a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; pre-employment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years' experience in General Maintenance.
Working knowledge of practices, methods, processes in commercial facilities.
Skills in two or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, drawings, diagrams.
Must comply with OSHA regulations.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Perform corrective maintenance across electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, ironwork, painting, HVAC, and fire protection.
Troubleshoot to identify root causes and determine effective repair approaches.
Perform visual inspections and tests on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
Work independently to maintain facilities and grounds.
Interpret blueprints, manuals, and CBP design standards.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with Project Manager and customers.
