Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, respond to resident repair requests, and coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and other projects. The role emphasizes safety, privacy, and high-quality service across the community.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, 1–3 years in a similar setting, and a willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bell core values alignment and good written/spoken communication.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems; relevant certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance of the community and equipment as scheduled.
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and access controls; ensure safety of all items.
• Attend in-service training and work with vendors for landscaping, painting, etc.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and maintain regular attendance.
