Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across our apartments. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and providing guidance to Level 1 staff.

This on-site position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, EPA certification preferred, and strong communication as we coordinate with leasing teams, residents, and on-call rotations; a

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal preferred.
• CPO preferred in some portfolios.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Performing plumbing repairs, faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Handling make-ready duties and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Providing technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs and assisting with trash removal.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
