Job summary

Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. This role will rotate within hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation and sauté & grill stations. Candidate must have at least one year of Culinary experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary excellence and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Availability for AM and PM shifts is required, with weekdays and weekends scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in a full-service menu environment.
• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation, and sauté & grill stations.
• Support AM and PM shift coverage and work both independently and as part of the team.
• Provide guest-focused culinary service and maintain food safety standards.
