Job summary

Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. The role will rotate through hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation, and sauté & grill stations. A minimum of one year of culinary experience is required.

The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary excellence and capable of working independently or as part of a team, with availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of culinary experience in a full-service environment is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent or better is required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through hot line stations.
• Prepare banquet menus and orders.
• Sauté and grill duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team for guest satisfaction.

Job description

Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. This role will rotate within hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation and sauté & grill stations. Candidate must have at least one year of Culinary experience.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about culinary excellence. This role is well-suited for an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Candidate must have availability to work a combination of AM and PM shifts.

Technical Requirements:

• Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge of culinary skills and food safety guidelines
• Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently
• Guest service oriented mindset
