Job summary

Riot Platforms Inc. is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across multiple states from the Round Rock, TX office.

You will serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing while coordinating with accounting and benefits teams. With 5+ years of multi-entity payroll experience and CPP certification preferred, you will help maintain compliance, administer deductions, and contribute to year-end close processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing union, multi-state, multi-entity payroll in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• CPP certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll cycles for multiple entities and states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Benefits, and Compensation teams on deductions and ledger entries.
• Provide accurate payroll reports for management and audits.
