Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple employees and pay groups.
• Proficiency with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, UKG, Workday, or similar systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records and employee compensation information.
• Review and audit payroll data including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Prepare and distribute W-2s, payroll reports, and other required documentation.
• Process garnishments, benefit deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end reporting.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Partner with Human Resources regarding new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Assist with payroll audits and support continuous process improvements.
