Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll or payroll accounting experience.
• Experience with ADP, Paycor, or UKG/UltiPro.
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll changes including hires, terminations, transfers, and garnishments.
• Prepare and distribute compensation statements semi-monthly.
• Create Excel-based compensation calculations for earnings and deductions.
• Generate payroll upload files and import data into the system.
• Post payroll journal entries and prepare management reports.
• Maintain payroll logs, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll verification requests.
