Job summary

You will independently manage multi-state payroll, wage and overtime calculations, deductions, benefits reporting, and tax setup within HRIS, collaborating with HR and finance to ensure timely, compliant payments and ongoing process optimization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of payroll experience in a dedicated payroll function.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and related compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state payroll processing and related deductions.
• Ensure payroll tax setup, compliance, and reporting.
• Support system conversions and payroll/time and attendance implementations.
• Coordinate 401(k) contributions and benefit deductions with vendor portals.
• Audit monthly and quarterly payroll, benefits, and 401(k).
• Collaborate with HR and finance to optimize payroll operations.
