Job summary

The role includes audits, reporting, and support for year-end tasks. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll, experience with multi-state payroll and payroll software (iSolved/Paycom), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll tax reporting.
• Experience using payroll software such as iSolved or Paycom.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll on a bi-weekly or semi-monthly schedule for assigned entities.
• Verify timecards, deductions, bonuses, PTO, and tax withholdings.
• Coordinate with HR for hires, terminations, promotions, and changes.
• Audit payroll entries and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist month-end/year-end close.
• Assist in preparing W-2s and year-end tax documents.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
