Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC seeks a Payroll Operation Specialist to process weekly payroll for ~13,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada. You will resolve time-and-attendance issues, verify payments, and distribute checks while supporting a fast-paced payroll team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll/office environments, strong data entry and confidentiality, and familiarity with Workday and ADP systems. Ability to work 8–5 with occasional overtime is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office payroll/administrative role within a large multi-state employer.
• Experience with payroll systems and time and attendance interfaces.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for ~13,000 employees weekly for PPP and CEC U.S. and Canadian locations.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to review, research and resolve time and attendance interface issues before payroll is processed.
• Verify payments and prepare checks for distribution; mail on-demand checks to employees.
• Assist with managing payroll email box and hotline with prompt responses; support special projects.
