Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Payroll Operation Specialist to support payroll for Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper employees. The role requires processing weekly payroll for about 13,000 staff across U.S. and Canada, resolving time/attendance issues, and ensuring accurate payments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a team environment, experience with Workday and ADP, strong math and analytical skills, and excellent communication. A flexible, deadline-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an office environment as part of a team.
• Large employer multi-state payroll experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for ~13,000 employees weekly in U.S. and Canadian locations.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to review time and attendance interface issues before payroll is processed.
• Verify payments and prepare checks for distribution.
• Assist daily by mailing out on-demand checks and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist stores with manually entered missed punches and respond to payroll inquiries.
