You will coordinate benefits, onboarding, and payroll-related accounting in QuickBooks, while ensuring timely submissions and compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. payroll experience including full cycle payroll.
• Multistate payroll knowledge with WA state emphasis.
• Experience setting up employer payroll tax accounts.
• Proficient in QuickBooks payroll and Excel.
• Knowledge of benefits and retirement plan reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll in QuickBooks, verify hours and deductions.
• Manage payroll taxes including filings and notices.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete payroll accounting including health insurance entries.
• Coordinate health insurance and 401(k) eligibility.
• Support onboarding and payroll setup for new hires.
• Provide general administrative support.
