Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on Paychex experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and supplemental payrolls including changes, bonuses, deductions.
• Maintain payroll data for new hires, separations, leaves, and retroactive pay.
• Review timecards and assist with corrections, approvals, and follow-up.
