Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly and weekly payroll, COBRA, 401k administration, and thorough reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of payroll, HRIS and benefits experience.
• Multi-state payroll knowledge and compliance experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Confidential handling of payroll data in a professional environment.
• Experience with Paychex or similar payroll applications.

Aufgaben

• Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll for 500+ employees in a multi-state environment.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations for company benefits and 401k.
• Maintain benefit records and promptly remit premiums to benefit provider.
• Administers online COBRA enrollments/changes.
• Maintains complete employee personnel files and payroll records.
• Enter payroll data and reconcile with general ledger.
• Prepare and distribute payroll, benefits, and personnel reports as directed.
