Day Kimball Health in Putnam, CT seeks a Multispecialty Patient Service Representative for our Putnam Call Center. The MPSR handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, registers patients, and manages front-desk tasks to ensure accurate provider calendars and patient information are captured.

Ideal candidates have front-desk healthcare experience, strong phone etiquette, and proficiency with patient information systems.

Qualifications

• Front-desk experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and phone skills are required.
• Ability to handle patient information with accuracy and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Check huddles each morning to know which providers or staff are off, and log into phones.
• Take inbound calls and schedule appointments; verify address and phone number.
• Respond to patient inquiries via portal, email buckets, and manager emails.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance prior to visits for all pre-scheduled patients.
• Follow clinic policy for primary care (PEDS, IM, FM).
