Day Kimball Health in Putnam, CT seeks a Multispecialty Patient Service Representative for our Putnam Call Center. The role handles inbound calls, scheduling, registration, and customer service while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance data capture.

Training occurs at the Family Medicine Putnam office temporarily; day shift, 40 hours per week. We offer competitive benefits and a dedicated healthcare team environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred; college courses optional.
• Minimum 4 years in front-desk and customer service, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with medical coding (CPT/ICD9) is advantageous.
• Strong typing skills and cash handling experience.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls to the call center and schedule appointments.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance and contact info before visits.
• Respond to patient messages in the portal according to procedures.
• Check daily huddles and log in staff to phones each morning.
• Follow clinic policy for primary care categories (PEDS, IM, FM).
