Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or related fields.
• Certification as Medical Technologist in specified specialties.

Responsibilities

• Process laboratory specimens and report results.
• Maintain laboratory records and QC procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to policies.
• Communicate critical results to care teams.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of testing methods and new technologies.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
