Job summary

Bryan Health is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to perform high-complexity testing across multiple areas of the clinical laboratory. You will maintain accurate records, report results, and alert clinicians to critical values while following all policies and quality standards.

The role requires an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, with MLT certification preferred, and the ability to work in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and serology/immunology

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology is required.
• MLT certification preferred.
• Ability to function in all areas of the clinical laboratory.
• Follows laboratory policies and procedures and maintains quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity testing.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records for statistics and billing.
• Report results and notify care team of critical values.
• Keep equipment and QC procedures up to date.
