Job summary

You will collect specimens, prepare them for testing, and monitor quality control while maintaining documentation and equipment. HIPAA compliance and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology required.
• Completion of accredited Medical Technologist/CLS/MLS program.
• Willingness to take call within 20 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient specimen collection and prepare samples for testing.
• Conduct chemical analysis of body fluids including blood, urine, and stool.
• Monitor and document quality control activities.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adequate supplies.
• Follow HIPAA and safety requirements to protect patient information.
