Responsibilities

• Perform cross matches, type and screens, issuing units, antibody panels, DAT workups; blood bank duties.
• Conduct automated and manual chemistry procedures and blood gas testing; operate LIS.
• Execute hematology tests, maintain instruments, and perform CBCs with differentials; body fluids.
• Perform microbiology processing, PCR, cultures, susceptibility testing, stains; LIS usage.
• Ensure quality control, safety, training of staff, and adherence to policies.
