Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, water heaters, alarms, and plumbing.
• Assist with unit make-readies and property grounds.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.
