Qualifications

• Must complete Fair Housing, Preventing Harassment and other Core Courses upon hire.
• HVAC certification required; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication and on-call readiness are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies, show integrity, and own decisions and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Handle service requests including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, paint, turnover support, and upkeep.
• Be available for on-call duties and respond to work orders promptly.
