Blue Water is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain property equipment and systems. The role supports daily operations, responds to maintenance requests, and ensures guest-ready cottages and communal areas.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, possess at least 1 year in maintenance, and demonstrate manual dexterity with problem-solving skills. Willingness to work overtime and lift heavy items is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old; 1 year maintenance experience.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift 50+ pounds; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain property equipment, fixtures, or mechanics.
• Respond to maintenance requests from management, staff, and residents.
• Inspect cottages, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain tools and maintenance room; keep records and logs.
• Perform electrical, heating, and plumbing repairs; basic HVAC and boiler knowledge.
• Assist in preparing vacant rooms for new guests, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and repairs.
• Ensure the property is clean, orderly, and guest-ready; regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide regular and reliable attendance.
