Job summary

Investors' Property Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle skilled and unskilled tasks for property upkeep. The role focuses on maintaining and improving property functions for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance installation, painting, and equipment maintenance. High school diploma or 1–2 years related experience is typical, with make-ready experience preferred. Must read safety rules and operate various tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience.
• Make ready experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry, electrical, basic plumbing, and installation of appliances and fixtures in property.
• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete.
• Operates pressure wash equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
• Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
• Installs light fixtures and power supply outlets.
• Maintains and repairs wood parts of buildings.
• Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
