• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school or college courses preferred.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install equipment for routine maintenance or upgrades.
• Respond to work requests from Maintenance Supervisor and log hours.
• Assist the porter with room setup for meetings and events.
• Ensure clubhouse and facility are secured in the evening.
• Order supplies and tools as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform safety and training activities as assigned.
