Hunt Military Communities is hiring Maintenance Technicians of all levels to provide essential maintenance services for rental housing in Universal City, Texas. The ideal candidates will perform general and specialized maintenance, including repairs in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in residential maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and specialized skills.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Perform emergency maintenance, including water leaks and repairs.
• Assist in the preparation of rental units for new occupants.
