Job summary

RHP Properties in Wichita, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Woodlands community. You will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, and basic repairs to homes owned by the community. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards across the community. Prior maintenance experience is preferred and a valid license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Valid operator’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote courtesy and attentiveness with residents and visitors.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care tasks.
• Perform seasonal pre-maintenance service and snow removal as needed.
• Assist in refurbishing Community Owned homes and repairs to water/sewer lines.
