Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Blue Valley, Colonial Gardens and Riverchase communities in Manhattan, Kansas. You will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, plus basic home repairs, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, communicating with the Community Manager, and ensuring a safe, well-kept environment for residents. Must have 2+ years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license. Benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator's license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Interact professionally with residents, visitors and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take corrective action with management approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weed control, gardening, mulching, and trimming shrubs.
