RHP Properties in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for Birch Terrace/Indianhead Manor communities. You will handle general grounds work and basic repairs for 40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. You may need to provide your own tools and must meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely.
• Promote goodwill by courteous interactions with residents and visitors.
• Use procedures to identify deficiencies and take action with manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds including mowing, pruning and seasonal tasks.
• Operate maintenance equipment safely and perform routine inventory checks.
• Remain available for on-call duties as needed.
