Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties. Must have 2+ years in a commercial setting; skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and carpentry are a plus.
A valid driver’s license, basic computing skills (Outlook/Excel/Word), and the ability to work standby or overtime as
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting or carpentry basics.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
- Inspect and service pumps, valves, controls, electrical and mechanical devices.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
- Perform basic carpentry and snow removal as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and service requests promptly.
- Comply with safety training and dress code; use mobile/BA systems.
