Job summary

Camden Highlands Ridge/Lincoln Station in Highlands Ranch, CO, seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician entry-level to handle resident service requests, make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and report or correct them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment in the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs as needed.
• Maintain community appearance and upkeep, including lighting and minor repairs.
